okay..here’s what i want you to do…take out a piece of paper! and write down a bunch of things/memories that make you smile or that make you extremely happy! even the smallest things…now if you can…i want you to cut these things up and maybe put them in a little jar…every night when you feel like shit or have to cry…take out your “Happy Jar” and pick out one of the things…and reflect on it..think about how happy you are to have it..for example..maybe you have a bestfriend who fell down the stairs and you guys died of laughter… if you were to take that out of the jar..think about how happy you guys were or the fact that she didn’t break her neck or something..just be thankful and happy for what you have and you will surely feel better..i promise :)
